Mike Jones is the Managing Broker and President of Franchise Real Estate Group, specializing in industrial, retail, land, and medical office assets across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With over 25 years of experience in commercial leasing, investment sales, and development, he brings a deep and versatile understanding of the commercial real estate landscape.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS), Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Public Administration, a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and Sciences, and Associate Degrees in Criminal Justice and Real Estate. His extensive background includes managing a portfolio of more than 1,200 government-owned properties, including tax foreclosures and non-profit assets.
As a licensed instructor, Mike teaches Commercial Real Estate courses through the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® and Texas REALTORS®. He has also served as a professor for Dallas College, teaching across the Business and Real Estate programs.
Mike is an active leader within the commercial real estate community, serving as a member of the MetroTex Commercial Committee, a board representing more than 50,000 members within MetroTex the largest real estate trade association in North Texas. He also serves on the Texas REALTORS® Commercial Committee, supporting commercial agents across the state. He is the Past President of the MetroTex Commercial Data Exchange (MCDX), where he championed and implemented new commercial real estate platforms and tools that expanded resources and usability for commercial practitioners throughout the region. His prior statewide service includes the Texas REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation (Fair Housing Committee) and the University Alliance Committee for the CCIM North Texas Chapter.
Mike’s work has earned significant recognition across the commercial real estate industry. In 2024, he was recognized as a Texas Commercial Real Estate ICON by Texas RED News Magazine. He is also a current nominee for D Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Award for Excellence in Community Service. In addition, Mike was honored as “Hero of the Year” by the University of Texas at Arlington, College of Business Student Society of Real Estate, reflecting his commitment to mentorship, education, and community impact.
An engaged civic leader, Mike previously served as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Glenn Heights, Director of the Glenn Heights Improvement Corporation, and Board Member of the City of Wilmer Type A Economic Development Board.

Charlondra Thompson is a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Broker Associate and Consultant, advising small businesses, investors, nonprofits, and community stakeholders on the strategy and execution behind leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property positioning. Her work sits at the intersection of real estate, economic development, and practical education, helping clients make confident decisions using clear underwriting, market context, and deal-ready documentation.
Across her CRE practice, Charlondra supports the full transaction lifecycle: clarifying business and space requirements, identifying viable opportunities, evaluating feasibility and value, negotiating terms, and coordinating the path to close. Outside of real estate, Charlondra loves music and traveling, and she proudly embraces her favorite role—sports mom—cheering on her kids and staying grounded in community, teamwork, and joy.
